October in the Appalachian Mountains is a very popular month especially during peak foliage season. We suggest our guests book their travel as soon as possible to avoid higher daily room rates and lack of inventory!
Charlotte Douglas International Airport
Charlotte Douglas International Airport will be the best airport to fly into if you choose to fly to the wedding. Charlotte is located 2 hours from our venue.
Holiday Inn Express West Jefferson, an IHG Hotel
The Holiday Inn Express is 25 minutes from our venue. Please call 336-846-4000 to book your room using the standard "wedding event rate". You do not need to mention our wedding, the hotel will use their standard discount regardless. Please note, when booking the standard wedding event rate, your room will be non-refundable. We will not have rooms held at the Holiday Inn so PLEASE BOOK ASAP for a better rate! We will be providing transportation to and from the Holiday Inn Express. More details coming soon!
