Because this is a destination wedding, we are asking any of our guests who are 100% certain they will be in attendance to rsvp by June 30th, 2025!
How should I RSVP?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope you've received in the mail. Kindly Pre-RSVP before June 30th, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's received after that date will be marked as "no" as we will be sending final head-counts to vendors shortly after the deadline-you will be missed.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list (your name & Family). When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children. This pertains to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. Please refer to the "RSVP" tab to see if we are able to accommodate you little ones. If we are unable to accommodate your little ones, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the weekend with us!
WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors, please prepare for the weather accordingly.
HOW DOES SEATING WORK?
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for immediate family and the bridal party to have the first two rows in the front. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging the tables, so our guests are sat with those they know by indicating with the name card at each chair.
WHAT IF I AM LATE TO THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 430pm. We recommend guests arrive starting at 400pm, and are fully seated by 4:25pm. If you happen to be late, please quietly sit in the back row until the entire ceremony is finished once the bride has walked down the isle. Thank you for understanding!
WILL YOU BE PROVIDING TRANSPORATION?
YES! We will be providing a shuttle to and from the designated hotel. We will post the schedule when we are closer to the wedding date. Please note, our wedding venue is at the top of a mountain and will have limited cell phone service, you will not be able to get an Uber, Tax, or Lyft etc. We encourage you to take the shuttle!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
Yes! The dress code is semi formal. This means females should wear a dress or dress pants and males should wear a sports jacket & or tie with dress pants. Please do not wear jeans! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, please bring a jacket as it will be colder.
CAN WE TAKE OUR OWN PICTURES + VIDEOS THROUGHOUT THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there be no pictures or videos taken! This is such a special day for us, and we have the most amazing photographer team documenting our entire day. We ask you to be present with us during our entire ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the entire reception, and we encourage you to do so!
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
There is a complimentary guest parking lot when you enter the venue premises.
WHAT DO I WEAR TO THE WELCOME PARTY?
